Hyperactive Granny was developed by FlatStack, a company known for its innovative game creations. This game draws inspiration from the Jumping Dinosaur Steve and pays homage to the Chrome Easter egg game. All images and characters featured in the game were skillfully designed and developed in-house at FlatStack's office by their talented team of designers and developers.

The concept and artistry behind the character Dinobabushka were brought to life by Dinara Rasuleva in 2012. FlatStack has acquired the rights to use this creation with permission. The artist has stipulated that the concept should not be reused without written authorization and proper attribution.
